Located in Park City, Utah Dreamsrendered LLC provides architectural visualization services to Park City and the surrounding areas. Our specialty is 3D rendering of specific areas of our clients homes or remodels that may be of concern. Most of our clients use our services for specific areas of their home. However, we can also model your entire home and create rendering of any area at your request. Although we are based in Park City we have the ability to work on a projects outside of the area by using digital files sent to us by our clients.

We will design alternate solutions, render them in 3D, and show you the different concepts side by side. Our architectural services are very useful whether you are just starting to design your new home or remodel or are already under construction. We will develop a 3D model and photo-realistic renderings of your project. You will then be able to clearly convey your design to your architect, draftsman or design-build contractor. Since we design in professional 3D CAD software we are able to save your file in many formats so you can share your 3D model with those responsible for creating your project.

We can assist you in making difficult design decisions by refining certain areas and presenting you with different versions. We can custom match building materials and paint accents, so you can see how a area will look with different combinations.

Than to tear out a area and have it rebuilt because your don't like the way it looks. We will create a 3D model of your new home or remodel based on your specifications. These specs can come from a simple sketch giving basic dimensions or a detailed blueprint. If you or your architect already have a 3D CAD file we can import it into our software. We can also come to your project and measure the area to be modeled and create the 3D model from scratch.
Once the 3D model is created we apply the materials. For example a tile for the floor, granite to apply to the counter top and so forth. We can even apply custom materials by taking a picture of the material you would like added.
We then add any objects to the model that you request. For example appliance for the kitchen, furniture for the great room, or even plants and vehicles for the exterior. People of varying heights may also be added to give a feeling of dimension.
Once all the materials and objects have been added we set up the views based on your specs and render your images. We then email and/or print these images so you can pass them to you home builder and sub contractors.
